How to Reach the Interview-Stage

The Ground-Work

It is estimated that every year in India about 10 to 12 lakh students are trainees pass out from the various universities, colleges, and training institutions and schools. But there are hardly 4 to 5 lakh jobs advertised. It means a large percentage of these successful students and trainees are left in the lurch. Thus, the problem of unemployment in India is very high, serious, and chronic. The number of unemployed persons registered with employment exchange and other agencies is every day on the rise. There are thousands and thousands of educated, trained, skilled, and semi-skilled young men and women waiting and struggling for employment. The ever increasing population and defective system of education have further complicated the problem. The students spend lots of time in education but spare no efforts in the successful completion of their courses and training. The parents spend a huge amount of money on the education elusive. Consequently, there is tough and cut-throat competition and frustration galore. The lack of proper employment opportunities creates many other social, political, and domestic problem, which may suffer by a quality educated person. Because of such a problem, many a time quality profile is not getting their right position. 



There are 232+ universities and 9500+ colleges with over 65 lakh students on the roll. These institutions along with schools produce 10-12 lakh successful students but as far as their standard and quality are concerned they are neither uniform nor satisfactory. Many of them are not required and satisfy academic grades and hence fail to develop the total personality of the students. This lack of excellence directly and adversely affects the career fortunes of these young men and women. They suffer from indecision, lack of initiative, drive, motivation, proper knowledge, and scientific temper. 



Those who are not eligible but still are in the system because of them also the quality person suffered and struggle to maintain his/her dignity and try to prove him/her self. Sometimes it is very hard to understand why we are in this system but only for our survival, the quality person has to manage.
