PREPARATION FOR THE INTERVIEW Interviews are  unavoidable or it's certain to happen. They are there in spite of their short-comings and subjectively due to lack of opportunity or a better alternative. Undoubtedly, such an appraisal of a person by a panel may not be very exact, reliable and fair but it has been in practice for a fairly long time and therefore one should be Well-prepared for it.  It has become a standard measure to judge the quality, competence and capability of interviewees as is evident from its wide and frequent use.  📸 1960 से 1980 के बीच जन्मी पीढ़ी के नाम… आपने सिर्फ बदलाव को देखा नहीं — उसे पूरे आत्मविश्वास से अपनाया। यह आपकी कहानी है। एक ऐसी पीढ़ी को सलाम, जिसने सच में ज़िंदगी जी। 📸 आपने बदलाव को जिया स्याही वाले पेन से लेकर स्मार्टफोन तक, पोस्टकार्ड से वीडियो कॉल तक, नंगे पाँव खेलों से कार की सवारी तक — आपने सब कुछ देखा, और सब कुछ अपनाया। 📸 बचपन था असली कुकर की रिंग्स और माचिस की तीलियों से खेलना, कच्चे आम तोड़ कर खाना बिना डर के, साइकिल पर दो-तीन लोग बैठ कर जाना... खुशियाँ सरल थीं। और मुफ्त। 📸 पड़ोस = परिवार न निमंत्रण, न औपचारिकता। बस किसी के घर चले जाओ — खाना भी मिलेगा, डाँट भी — जैसे अपने घर में। और कभी अजीब नहीं लगा। 📸 ब्रेकिंग न्यूज़?
