PREPARATION FOR THE INTERVIEW Interviews are  unavoidable or it's certain to happen. They are there in spite of their short-comings and subjectively due to lack of opportunity or a better alternative. Undoubtedly, such an appraisal of a person by a panel may not be very exact, reliable and fair but it has been in practice for a fairly long time and therefore one should be Well-prepared for it.  It has become a standard measure to judge the quality, competence and capability of interviewees as is evident from its wide and frequent use.   माँ और पिता: ज़िम्मेदारियों की दो अनकही यात्राएँ “माँ 9 महीने बच्चे को पेट में रख कर संभालती है और बाप जीवन भर की नाव संभालता है।” यह एक साधारण सा वाक्य नहीं, बल्कि माँ-बाप के त्याग, संघर्ष और प्रेम का पूरा दर्शन है। यह पंक्ति हमें याद दिलाती है कि जीवन की शुरुआत से लेकर उसके हर पड़ाव तक, माता-पिता किस तरह चुपचाप अपनी जिम्मेदारियाँ निभाते रहते हैं। माँ की भूमिका जीवन की पहली धड़कन से शुरू होती है। नौ महीने तक वह न सिर्फ बच्चे को अपने गर्भ में रखती है, बल्कि अपने सपनों, आराम और इच्छाओं को भी पीछे छोड़ देती है। उसका शरीर बदलता है, उसका मन बदलता है, और उसका पूरा अस्तित्व आने वाले जीवन के लिए समर्पित हो जाता है। माँ का प्रेम जन्म के साथ खत्म नहीं होता, बल्कि हर बुखार, हर डर और हर आँसू के साथ और गहरा होता चला जाता है। वहीं पिता की जिम्मेदारी अक्सर शब्दों में नहीं, कर्मों में दिखती है। वह जीवन की नाव को संभालता है—तूफानों में भी, मुश्किलों में भी। कभी अपनी थकान नहीं दिखाता, कभी अपने डर ज़ाहिर नहीं करता। वह खामोशी से परिवार की ज़रूरतों को अपने कंधों पर उठाए चलता रहता है, ताकि उसके बच्चे...

  जो आप सोच सकते हैं, वो आप कर सकते हैं — क्योंकि हर रचना पहले विचार में जन्म लेती है दुनिया में जो कुछ भी आज हमें दिखाई देता है—बड़ी इमारतें, हवाई जहाज, मोबाइल फोन, इंटरनेट, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता, अंतरिक्ष यान या कोई छोटा-सा उपयोगी उपकरण—इन सभी की शुरुआत कभी  एक विचार  से हुई थी। किसी व्यक्ति ने पहले उसे अपने मन में देखा, फिर उस पर विश्वास किया और उसके बाद उसे वास्तविकता में बदलने के लिए काम किया। इसीलिए कहा जा सकता है— “जो आप सोच सकते हो, वो आप कर सकते हो; और जिसकी आप कल्पना कर सकते हो, उसकी रचना भी हो सकती है।” हर Innovation की शुरुआत Imagination से होती है किसी भी नई खोज या आविष्कार के बनने से पहले उसका कोई भौतिक अस्तित्व नहीं होता। वह सबसे पहले किसी इंसान के दिमाग में एक  Idea  के रूप में जन्म लेता है। एक समय था जब इंसान के लिए आसमान में उड़ना केवल सपना था। लेकिन किसी ने सोचा— “क्या इंसान भी उड़ सकता है?”  इसी सोच ने प्रयोग को जन्म दिया और प्रयोग ने विमान को। यही प्रक्रिया लगभग हर Innovation में दिखाई देती है: Imagination → Idea → Belief → Planning → Act...
